Usually those that want confidentiality clauses are the ones between a rock and a hard place.

As per the CO SoS, no periodic report has been filed and q is still non compliant.

They have until 6/30.

Odd that a $10 filing wouldn't get done on time.

And then joe leaves with no announcement.
