Dilution isn't dumping shares......it's issuing them.

iEquity holds a 60 percent floorless convertible. It will more than double the OS count. That WILL BE dilution.

Thermoking, I'm just wondering when the A/S is updated and if it's still 500 mil and we don't have "billions upon billions" as some have claimed, how they will spin it.
