Nothing anymore fishy than most stocks. Prices rise on anticipation and flee retreat on news leaving only vapors behind. For the most part, people are here to make a buck, long term or short term or just plain short. Everything else is entertainment.
NO NO NO.....There was plenty of news that day. Several spread rumors of meetings in Washington DC among defendants to the patent lawsuits to ban together to get the government to reverse the patents ...such a move would take years but in the 3 hours he were doing this...this stock fell.... no question about the timing all of this is true.....so it cannot be deleted....and I have not named names either so there can be no removal....
So Buy on the rumor? Who knows...but rumors that are never substantiated as true no matter how many times the request is made are not fair to the shareholders and really should be disavowed by all. Just hope we do not see such conduct again here that is never backed up with fact.
BUT...what a nice end to a week or two of a steady prices above 6 and now 7 despite best efforts otherwise ....
