Can't say that I disagree. Next Wednesday should be interesting. Will management come to the meeting to say nothing more than "we would like to increase the authorized share count"? Perhaps, but one would think that they would come with some rationale. Afterall, can't pinks increase the A/S count without a shareholder vote or meeting? Why have a meeting if it is simply to provide a statement that there is no other way to obtain funding?
