Agree Irish - There are also many references to NDR on the 1st Quarter 10Q. Not sure why there is nothing on the website regarding UBRG but my guess is that a name change is going on an explains why we also cannot access the website for UBRG and haven't been able to since the new majority owners took possession of the stock.
We need some clarification on this process in order to get answers from the Company. Not sure why they have not informed the shareholers yet.
