Good news: Bad news-- What is happening with my favourite stock? The company undertakes a private placement hoping to raise $ 5 million - from the latest release it looks like SMME raised just $660,000. Yet during this period when they are raising at 16 cents the stock moves to 45 cents on "reasonable" volumes. Good news but are you Confused? I am - although you get locked in with the placement for 6/12 months- I would have thought it was still very attaractive given the comapny's prospects. So how does the comapny commercialize from here without more money in the bank? ... is there another capital raising ? if so the good news is it should be done at a much higher price.
Another question Can someone explain to me the relevance of the last 2 releases relating to Vanguard and Morgan Stanley?.... Morgan Stanley raising capital for SMME-- am I being too hopeful?
