You can buy and sell in the open market all you want with no restrictions. That is not an issue.

The rule you are quoting has is irrelevant in this case as the company is already trading and if you are buying or selling it through a broker then it is not an issue. There are NO restrictions on selling this stock.

As far as brokers:

Scottrade
E-Trade (I believe)
Speedtrader
Wells Fargo Brokerage Services
Charles Schwab

The only one I know of that has had a problem is TD Ameritrade.

The ONLY thing that is restricted is if you invested DIRECTLY with the company and got a stock certificate. Then you have a 1 year hold which would be the case in ANY non-reporting pink anyway. You would just not be using Rule 144 to free up the stock there are a host of other rules available that would allow it.
