It's a number of things Jeanne,

1.). These promos bring out the short sellers. Based on what I see we have a good 30% short activity occurring.

2.) Some flipping, profit taking
3.) shares associated with autospense acquisition.

We don't have a money tree growing in our back yards. Acquiring a company takes funds whether it be cash or equity based. It doesn't fall out of the sky.

Question is how was this funded from an equity standpoint, restricted or common or both? My guess based on what I'm seeing is both.

I'm fine with that. Lets not be naive about what it takes to grow a business.

The CEO is a smart man and has delivered on 100% of his commitments to date.

My confidence has not wavered.
