Let's discuss business 101, specifically valuation of a company. How is a company valued? By its assets, sales and earnings. Until a company receives money from a lawsuit, that lawsuit does not add to any of those factors that valuation is based on. It really is that simple, no money no valuation. The current valuation assigned to Vringo is PURE speculation.

Also, please don't say that the patents are worth anything. Because as of right now, every single patent in their portfolio is worthless until they can generate revenue from them.
