I follows exactly the information that I have. I have not lost any faith, though I was troubled by the continued attack on the technology. While every effort was made to"fix" any security issue, no matter how small! n my opinions the technology is sound and we will prevail!

On the basis of what you say, the period of hostile media coverage originating in the First4 fiasco and artfully blown up by media articles and journalists on the look-out for something sensational and spine-chilling looks set to end soon. One crucial phrase in your report was "Once the testing is complete, they fully expect Sony/BMG to continue to their previously stated commitment of complete copy management in the US in ‘06".

Doesn't sound like they are "rock solid" with Granite does it.
To me that sounded like a buffer for delay...not being negative just being "cautiously optimistic"....didn't hear anything about the merger huh....

TDJ, a few questions:

1. Who did you speak to (e.g. Mario, Peter, Bill, the new MMXT Ceo etc.)?
2. I'm confused regarding the funding paragraph:

It appears filing is being detained until the second half of the funding is in, but then the first sentence says "IF they need to"? If the 2nd half of the funding is not needed, then why can't they file the S4?

3. How much $$ was secured in the "half of the funding is in"?
