Lets see...that makes 24 to date and 1 of them did not require litigation.

chuck329... you misread my posts. I made it perfectly clear I was talking about LICENSES. Licenses can be different from some other settlments. They can be a paid license or they can be a dismissal no license. I even detailed that in one of my posts using the second round of 19 as an example. We settled more than we licensed in that round.

Also I was commenting on the running total. I even detailed and explained that too. The last PR of round 2 claimed we are proud to have entered into our 19th license and settlement. That included 7 in the first round. SO 7 in the second round didn't obtain a license yet some of those were also settled. So clearly when fred stated our 19th even though he said license and settlement he was talking about settlements that licensed and not all settlements included.

so now in this round they changed and didn't say in first pr we are proud to enter into our 21 or 22 license. Nor did they do this in the latest pr say 23 and 24.

I think we all know Yamaha has been dismissed I don't thik it was for a license. But it could be labeled as settled. So do you know does the 5 fred referes to include Yamaha. that's all I am trying to find out is how many actual LICENSES where companies paid edig money do we have total to date.

I think it's something we should be aware of. So I asked why the change now in the PR's Clealry you have to admit the last two PRs did not list the RUNNING TOTAL as I asked about.
