Its a little trickier for penny stocks Vick. MM's can do whatever they want and fill however they want.

Your bid has to match the exact order for the ask and the MM have to fill it that way. If the ask is .01 for 50K and you bid .01 for 35K, you might get filled by someone higher than .01 that comes down to fill your 35K block, then its a sell order. All depends on how it is run through the tape. The ask 35K could also be 35,250 and your order won't match and you won't know it.

Where does the finra list show buys and sells? The heading I see doesn't list either of those. It list's total volume and short volume.
