I paid the SOS fees out of my own pocket of July 15th, when Hodge, who claimed to have been appointed on July 7th (may be off by a day or two in both dates) failed to do so.

Who got the IRS to forgive the penalties and interests on the payroll liabilities? I did. I've got the letter from the IRS.

I wonder what he would have actually accomplished if I had not been there to needle him and the others.

And how did he manage to put out financials for 2011 and 2012 without putting out financials for 2009 and 2010? The ones that muddied the water were Henthorn, Green and Gershuny.

But now, I have been willing to let this go since back in January as long as he performs, but he is more interested in attacking me than in getting a revenue producing business of the ground.
