You guys own way more than I would ever put in a Harland stock. I just thought this Frankel deal looked like a good way for Harland to escape and Frankel to make some bucks too.

THE MMs on the ask today were just regular retailers, no "known" diluters and pain in the azz MMs like VFIN or VERT (which is not to say that the other's can't, its just not usual) -- and whoever bought those 6m(+/-) chunk of shares today(twice)sure as heck thinks this is going up.

Purewater and mc6102:

I am not trying to be argumentative but I disagree with respect to the foreclosure. However, my view is that the outcome to this deal was known before it started and everyone got a nice chunk of shares to dump for their troubles. I think when you look at the financials covering March and April, 2013, you will see a very large payment in shares to some group for "consulting services". Connecting the dots is always hard to do exactly because these guys are pros but it is my belief this was a scam from the beginning. I also believe revers split time is here because nearly all 800 million shares are out.

As a result of Mr. Frankel’s default, he will be removed as a director of the registrant at an upcoming meeting of the shareholders of the registrant to be announced shortly.
