I have 4 brokers... Suretrader, TD, Etrade, Fidelity... I would go with etrade if you are looking for just one and want to trade all pennies. TD is my favorite due to the think or swim platform, and better execution speeds, but DTC chill stocks a no-go. Fidelity is piss-poor with execution so i would avoid that one, i'm going to be closing my account there.

I use Scottrade, has always worked great for me, does very good with penny stocks and is my primary trader platform for them. They are adding DRIP investing this fall too if you are in to dividend paying stocks. Would highly recommend Scottrade for pennies, TradeKing is way too expensive for them bought a penny the other day and it charged a TON in commission for it because it was about .02 or so when I purchased it.

I use E-trade. They have a flat rate and I haven't had any major issues with OTC stocks. Ameritrade is notoriously problematic for OTC from what I hear.

That said, I have thought about opening up a second account with them to check out their Think Or Swim program. Etrade's Pro Elite trading program is OK, but I get the impression that ToS is nicer.
