I'm guessing he said this because .16 is a bottom price valuation for shares of RVPL with the current reporting, and if shares are selling at .15 or below this company can not be taken seriously and will most likely not be able to convert orders to profit for investors. Someone buy my 15k @ .16 tomorrow and test the theory.
I would never give information from a unproven or unreliable source. My boy don proves himself daily.. I consider him a legend of legends in the investment world. He tweets his personal trades for everyone before he makes them and you can see others thanking him each day for his ideas. He is the Truth and always responds back with a answer to your question. I consider him a hidden gem that I usually wouldn't share but check him out for yourself because I have a feeling y'all are doubting the Oracle.
