I tend to disagree because I think

It's actually counterintuitive. The more shares collected by the debtors would reduce external pressures to meet cts financial commitments. If the debtors were to accumulate a large controlling position they probably would aim to not make any or drastically reduce payouts or settlement amounts and just keep the money in their own coffers.

I'd actually be running for the exits if I knew debtors were trying to corner the cts market. I'd prefer an influential financial institution outside of lbhi to accumulate a sizable holding of cts (at say $1/share average) and then bang on the debtor's door for payment - thus MAYBE allowing us to ride their coattails as they gobbled up shares and then having cts categorically receive a nice settlement (e.g. X% of face value) Even then we'd need to be afraid of some back room deal that satisfied the power player but left retail investors like us blowing in the wind.

And maybe they won't buy them back, maybe they put there money elseware, maybe they realise / know they will be worthless in the end. Just saying and throwing it out there.

I mean who really knows till the end.
