Beats me. Maybe there's some kind of non-disclosure clause with them or the DLA, or perhaps with so many pending negotiations they are waiting for a bunch to announce all at one time. Then again, it's not entirely certain they will release any specific names or numbers given their penchant for security. We may just have to wait for the next quarter to get a handle on developments...
either saving it for another announcement to save money, or they just feel that the PR done pre-financial release sufficed, with all those contracts in the pipeline.
