There's a really big flaw in that statement. You say "was given" based on a forward-looking statement. There is no evidence of which I am aware that those shares were ever delivered, and if they were, that they were not dumped as soon as they were in hand. There is no evidence of which I am aware to support the idea that KATX is anything other than an empty, non-reporting shell.
If you have any evidence of that nature, a lot of us would like to see it. Assuming anything to be a fact based on one of Kennay's forward-looking statements has repeatedly and reliably proven to be a good way to be wrong.
