Why shouldn't the Lehman Estate do this before the last payment of the POR?

A very real possibility. NITE would not be shorting the stock (as with some other plays) not on the greys. Also, Nite usually would deal in heavy volume (also not to be found on the greys). No, there is definitely something up. Good find.
