The trial required patients to have stable disese or better for 6(?) month post radiation+chemo. BLP25 or placebo was only then used.

This is so different from PPHM's front line that you cannot compare the data. The ONTY/Mercg KGa trial would be expected to have a long OS because you are preselecting patients who are doing well.

As to the subgroup, somewhat iffy.
