You're right about the first part and wrong on the second. This is not dilution, check the OS. You obviously sold and want in cheaper. Good luck.

Your definition of dilution needs to be revisited. The company owns 72% of the stock. Dilution would be if they dumped what they own into the outstanding stock, not a sell of like this. This is just a dip, the float has not changed
