I have verified the the court case is fully in motion and Longwei is awaiting formal response from the defendants who are almost in breach of the timing required for responding. I also know "a lot of lawyers" are involved according to the court officer I spoke with. No clue what will happen or if it has any bearing on SP. I still think more of the story is yet to be told, yet a real recovery is next to impossible imo.
