The date is undefined. It is theoretically linked to a corporate action that has no specific timetable to complete. Because so much is undefined I see this as an attempt by SKTO leadership to stem the tide of selloffs by attemting to convince shareholders to hold their stock for an indefinite amount of time.
It amazes mehow these 'professionals' leak out just enough to entice you without giving sufficient detail to make it real. Can't find a customer of theirs, can't find a facility of theirs, can't find a CEO, can't find employees, can't find how they have been financing all they claim in PR's, etc.....
