I know. That is what concerned me as well. I really liked the way that MARA put restrictions around its use, from formally going on record as to its purpose -- and just as importantly -- putting an expiration on this authority for less than 12 months from now so that the RS is not this blank check that the company can hold in its pocket in perpetuity.

I suppose I see the circumstances in WDDD's future that can mirror MARA's and would like to give Kidrin et al the benefit of the doubt that they would use a RS in the same manner as MARA, but perhaps there are legitimate concerns with what I would consider an "abusive use" of the RS in this particular case w/WDDD since WDDD clearly went out of its way to NOT state that the purpose would be for uplisting.

Things to think about, I suppose... ...well, at least I can still vote for increasing the A/S!
