so he bought 5m shares at .007 which is 35k, he's not a professional trader, he isn't sitting infront of his computer all day watching every tick.

IMO he's an insider, the CFO, he knows where the company is heading. He knows a lot more than us, so why not put 35k out there and turn it into 200k or something like that. To me it shows that he has faith in his company, enough faith to dish out 35k.
