I have Scottrade, which has been great but they charge for stocks under $1 pps, I think overall ETrade would be your best option, TDAmeritrade SUCKS! I dumped them long ago

I have had no major problems with optionsxpress - real easy to use and $8.95 trades (penny or not) and no problems trading MYEC
