I don't know where you're getting July 24th from. That's 7 months after the last quarter of 2012. During the last quarter of 2012 could mean October, November, or December. They didn't specify which month of the quarter. Since they don't report to the SEC, it's very likely that the shares are on a 6 month restriction. There's no assuming if they will dump all the shares, they will, in fact, dump all of them. That's how these guys roll.
