As early as next month is a possibility but as early as one year from now is probably more credible Rich. Restricting shares for one month is not common practice and last time I checked it's been more than 4 months since January 24, 2013 when they got restricted in the first place.

In the 4th quarter of 2012, the Company made a change in management and refocused its operations as an independent investment, management, and holding company focusing on international distribution and management of high-growth food, beverage, and health-related products and systems. The Company issued 200,000,000 restricted common shares to KCN Capital LLC.
