Buy- I disagree. I believe the company does its advertising very well. They were sued by J&J because their advertising was effective. What they don't do is pump the stock.
FDA Approval is one thing - although a very positive one - however getting positive clearance in the patent court would be something to be recognized by some watchers.
The stock reaction as fas as I am concerned based on the FDA approval was what could have been expected. You have to take into consideration that since then the O/S almost rose by 8 Mio shares and the market digested this rather well. Imagine where the stock would be without those increase of 8 Mio shs?
