A few months ago, Lang said in an interview that he would finally be able to fulfill his dream. What I believe he meant by that was with the Google trial victory, he will finally be able to finance his search engine. With all of the video networking patents that Vringo owns, this search engine could be enormously successful. This potential adds huge significance to a possible Microsoft buy out. If Microsoft buys Vringo, they get those patents and also removes Vringo as a potential huge competitor. Vringo would demand huge money for an acquisition. I would guess $30 to $40 PS because of the huge potential that Vringo has. A few years ago, Micrtosoft acquired Skype for $8 Billion. I have to believe that Vringo would be a far bigger cash cow for Microsoft than Skype would ever be. An acquisition at $40 PS is about $4 Billion. That seems like a good deal for Microsoft to me. We longs could/would will be rewarded handsomely.
