Considering GERS hasn't even won their other case yet, who cares? It's an intimidation tactic, plain and simple. Go ahead fire away on other suits too lol. The only thing this accomplishes is that YA Global is now one step closer to driving GERS bankrupt and taking ownership of their patents. GERS is simply a mechanism whereby YA Global's lawyers sap all GERS shareholder value. You guys are screwed and you don't even know it.

Shouldn't you be yelling "Edeniq patent will be invalidated soon: could be next week."

I'm no IP lawyer, but it seems to me that until that happens, PEIX is immune because it's using a patented process.
