Yup, good news is we closed green, even though its just a little bit I will take it over red.

Good news is that A/S is only 100,000,000 even with the recent deal. There are stocks trading well into the pennies with more than 5 times the O/S.

The company's direct sales to death spiral holders don't appear on the market. Those dumps came from others - most likely the death spiral holders themselves.
