Hope? Now that is a leap of logic. Nothing stops J&J from filing another lawsuit. I know that stock traders love "events" but to think that one court verdict will stop J&J is wishful thinking. There are many courts in the U.S. and many new stories J&J can make up and threats they can make. Litigation is always cheaper than settlement. Also in my experience the price of the stock is not solely based on litigation or the FDA. DECN is not a biotech or a generic drug manufacturer.
