Beatty SELLS SHARES and that's all. Just like the former FANTASY TRIANGLE partner MKHD who was supposedly going to merger with GCS and just like the last deal with Forum Mobile whos target date to close has come and gone JUST LIKE THE ASYI/KOOLTEL FARCE.

DD FOLKS! It doesn't take much to see the ongoing BEATTY SCAM in these two companies.

If half of what you say is true, and if ASYI gets a bid, I'll be buying 50 million shares at .0002....yeah, not gonna buy here...gonna wait for a bid.
