We are very well familiar with Thomas E. Metzger. He has been an accomplice of Barry Henthorn for a long time, from before ICTN turned into BCCI. He is really an average Joe that was, at one time or another, associated with certain businesses. Mr. Metzger lent his name to BCCI in exchange for some shares of stock, and supposedly provided "consulting services". However, we all know that a dinky, mom-and-pop kiosk operation cannot afford and doesn't need the consulting services of such "professional". By company released financial statements, BCCI had less than two million dollars in revenues during the last twelve months. In other words, BCCI is beneath the professional trajectory of Mr. Metzger, who is basically nothing more than an average Joe in management circles.
