Well said. Setting aside the current focus on the lawsuit, the fact remains that any investment in a penny stock company is speculative at best. Shares should never be bought with retirement in mind. If it turns out to be profitable then one can be grateful. But losing money, or even one's entire investment in a particular penny stock is just part of "doing business". And yes, in the interest of full disclosure I own shares in FARE and am hopeful it will turn out to be a profitable exchange.
