Sure there are other players out there - lots of them. Greenspan is just the 800 lb gorilla on the block right now so everybody is playing off of what they perceive he will do next. When the PPT stocks light up, they go in and buy to ride his coattails, but when he quits buying or gets overwhelmed, they dump also.

That has been the best play for some time now.
