Keep in mind, along with the 750+ Apaches to be manufactured(@40+ Billion USD)...there are 600 or so previous models that are to be refitted according to the E model guidelines...the Army's cost for this is 12 Billion USD ... at the rate of one per week. This sounds like the perfect contract for AeroTech...I would not be surprised if this 4 month contract period is 'training time' for the big refit.
