A R/S does not change the authorized shares.

No one is saying that it does.

I suggest everyone vote for the raise in authorized shares but vote no to the R/S.

Would you mind elaborating as to why you are opposed to the RS action?

Is it an absolute opposition to it? Or is it more of a timing issue?

For example, the vote is scheduled to take place at a time where the Markman opinion will likely not be issued yet, and so you are concerned about giving WDDD this tool that can further erode the market's confidence in the company if the Markman opinion is unfavorable to WDDD?

Whereas if this vote was scheduled for much later in the year where we already know the results of the Markman (assuming it is favorable) and have reason to be confident that WDDD can achieve its long-term business objectives, then you would be more comfortable voting FOR the RS in order to enable WDDD to more quickly exceed $5 and be eligble for both an uplisting as well as becoming eligible for purchase by a much broader group of funds?

Or is your opposition to a RS based upon a completley different reason?
