Cdex has done nothing, those who ran Cdex prior to September 2010, may very well have, but that info was handed to the SEC a while back

Attempting to influence possible investors into NOT buying Cdex stock is against the law as well, is it not?

As has been often said...investors are subject to doing DD..are urged to do so by the SEC...

So to do so they need to net both sides of the creek. BTW, quitcha whining!!
