Ha, that's a good one! I have been following this "company" when it was EVXA before the gulf oil spill. That "company" never had any sells and never really did anything except reverse splits all the time. Do not expect anything from this company. same guys, same scam. You may be lucky to make money on one of their pumps. It's a gamble

Absolutely nothing good here. MISM (formerly EVXA) is a ridiculous con game. Their 727 billon dollar gold deposit in Nevada is a laughable lie. The Silver Cord Mine is a washed up, tiny vein deposit in Arizona claimed by multiple scammer companies as their "project". Same goes for the Azurite Mine - washed-up, mined-out 100 years ago, and MISM has no real connection to it (despite what they say).

The LOI for the El Dorado? Costs nothing to sign a LOI. Costs a lot to properly explore and permit a mine, which this is not. Gold and rare earths? Jeeez.......

Just curious - how do you plan on doing DD on MISM? Just remember, these guys have never mined an ounce of gold, and never will. And they have a long history of multiple R/S's after issuing billions of shares each time. Like I said - con-game!
