Eli,

>>i'm thinking of a quick round, and a very small
amount of money.<<

I myself am not against trying a quick round, even
with a bigger amount of monies, provided indeed,

1/I can afford to lose a great deal of it,
2/Being aware it is a sheer gamble.

That said, GLTY & a Tsalash i hope.

Regards,

Dubi

From time to time, an On Topic post,

Tower wants to renegotiate loan terms with the banks
12.12.05 | 09:45 By Omri Cohen
Tower Semiconductors (Nasdaq: TSEM) means to have another stab at rescheduling its debt with the banks, according to comments by its chief financial officer, Oren Shirazi, at TheMarker-Tamir Fishman business conference on Sunday.
Tower owes the banks $500 million. The struggling fab is supposed to start returning it in 2007. But Shirazi says the management plans to open negotiations with the banks about changing the arrangement.
In parallel Tower is preparing to complete another fundraising round from the banks and shareholders, tapping them for $60 million, if not more.
In the past Tower received a commitment from the banks to lend it another $30 million, on condition it raise the same amount from investors. Toward that aim, at the end of last week the company published a prospectus to raise up to $50 million through convertible bonds.
In the past Tower received pledges from its shareholders, to invest at least $25.5 million.
