My thought/hope is that a merger/acquisition will take place by a company larger than Solos, who wants their products and has the means to promote and sell those products to an existing customer base. I don't think Solos alone has the ability to expand their sales to the level we all want to see, hence some sort of partnership. IMO

I believe the business plan is to make the company's product viable for a large market, hence the CE Mark. The second step is to acquire a partner through joint venture and or merger/acquisition.

And, in all seriousness, I am not your brother. Can we please stop with the colloquialisms? Thank you.

Bigger pond to fish in. Also, a partner will have to be acquired before the CE mark can be pushed through. This is a mandatory requirement.

I look more to the socalized medicine of Europe as a big plus. Their system is designed to find a faster, cheaper, better solution. Per all accounts, SNDY makes very solid products...at a cheaper price point than it's competitiion. Markets in the US tend to favor larger well known suppliers that they develope relationships with over time. The medical systems in the US have also tended to conglomerate into systems over the past 15 years...how many private pracitces to we see today? So with the expansion into a market focused on preventitive medicine at a lower cost, I think SANDY is poised to a strong arrival. Another point, the US medical market is just now starting to look more to prevention than sympton based meds. Pharma and large med suppliers drove it that way in search of profits. So yes time will tell...but I'm excited about the future of this company. So churn and struggle along to the way to where we are now...but only upward from this point forward. IMO

Why would they bother to spend 100 s of thousands to hire expert resources and Tuv Sued if there was not a clear plan after CE mark achieval?
Why would they go through the cumbersome work to create all these technical files and quality control systems if they would not know what to get after CE mark?

I am guessing that the partner is already lined up, it is just not to be published at this time!
