That was what it originally was going to be but they changed it when frost really got involved. They needed pps to be above $4 after the split because they are trying to get on NYSE or NASDAQ ... I could send you an email or something with the S/1. I still have warrants I need to use and I had to sign paperwork saying the 1:850 was OK.
