Don't know I never seen it happen before. I have seen shareholders vote no to a reverse split but it appears most shareholders didn't even receive a proxy to vote on the RS at the shareholders meeting. I guess only real companies send out proxy's LOL. If trading ever resumes just hope you can get out without owing money.

It is my opinion that the Split will NOT be Canceled.
Alex Controls the Corporation and did not need Approval
from Anyone for the Split.

If he is Successful we All will see a Rise in the Stock Price.
I just hope it comes Soon.
I did write him a Letter Strongly Suggesting he get with it.
That Many shareholders want him to 'Do What has to be Done. NOW.
