They had to get current to issue new shares....

We know of the 222MM issued in 2011 until the first PR in March announcing yet another "new focus", only about 50MM shares traded while they were dark.

Simple math proves someone dummped plenty of the 2011 issued shares in March and April, and since SKTO has gotten current, I'm sure some convertible notes have been paid.

Wouldn't you turn $2780 into $556K if you could by simply converting debt while SKTO was current....finally?
