Don't be surprised if CPSZ takes over Miami-Dade Corrections,they are having major issues with inmate banking and commissary. I found this link about some issues going on at the Detention Centers. I know for sure that CPSZ is installing 4 kiosks in Miami,I just have not been able to verify where. Check out the link below:
