The question was whether BW owned shares. He does and I said they were preferred. Preferred are as valuable as common when a buyer comes along. Maybe more, depending on conversion rate.

They don't trade in any market until converted, which, like restricted shares, is the case during buyouts or mergers. So matter how how hard one tries to spin it, BW owns shares in BBDA. He might even own common unrestricted shares. No way to know unless he reveals such, something, as a 1933 company still, he need file no form 3s on. So bottom line, BW does own 5M, prove able, preferred shares and he may own some common as well. No way to prove one way or the other.
