I guess we just wait for HJJ to speak and see where we go from there.

question how a 'raid' on shares will occur when there isn't much left to short.

that assumes alot of longs dump their shares on a decent ruling (3.5% of 20.9%), which i think is a bit of a jump.

I think most longs have been in this a while, they know whats coming and that means, that once JJ rules, msft should settle shortly thereafter.

Therefore, I see the idea of a longs dumping on a decent ruling and another real catalyst coming in the very short term unlikely.

Most of the long 'traders' are out of this story, mainly patient hands.

it also ignores the impact of a potential russell index addition around the same time AND the potential for new instutions to start getting is as they see this becoming de-risked.

shorts have ignored too many catalysts here and have been lucky because of delays, and a lack of understanding by longs on the timing of such cases.

its actually game over in my mind for them now. this stock will double in the next month wait and see.
